Instructions
1. To prepare each individual salad, arrange a quarter of the tomato slices on a salad plate and top with a quarter of the onion slices. Drizzle with 5 ml (1 tsp) of oil and season with salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle a pinch of oregano on top.
2. Let it sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Just before serving, sprinkle with basil. Serves one salad per portion.
