This is a variation of Indian raita but simpler. It goes well with many dishes. It's very refreshing.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It's possible to use chives instead of coriander if you don't have any.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 Fjord
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Espelette pepper (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
