Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash and slice the cucumber thinly.
  • 2.   2. In a salad bowl, mix the cucumber with yogurt and add a pinch of salt.
  • 3.   3. Cut the smoked trout slices into thin strips.
  • 4.   4. Add the smoked trout and the juice of half a lemon to the salad bowl, mix well, and refrigerate.
  • 5.   5. Serve chilled!
