Liège-style salad with bacon and green beans

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash the potatoes and cook them for 15 minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water, without peeling them.
  • 2.   2. Trim the green beans and cook them for 20 minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water.
  • 3.   3. Peel and finely slice the onion.
  • 4.   4. In a skillet, sauté the bacon for 5 minutes without adding any fat.
  • 5.   5. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 6.   6. Add the sliced potatoes and drained green beans.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring gently to avoid breaking the potatoes. Serve hot.
