Instructions

  • 1.   Soak the gelatin in cold water
  • 2.   Melt the white chocolate
  • 3.   Mix the mango puree with the melted white chocolate
  • 4.   Heat the heavy cream
  • 5.   Pour the cream over the chocolate in 3 additions and mix between each addition
