Instructions

  • 1.   Whisk the sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl
  • 2.   Add the oil and milk, continue to mix
  • 3.   Add the baking powder, salt, and flour. Mix until you get a beautiful smooth and shiny cake batter, which you divide into 2
  • 4.   In one of the halves, add the cocoa powder with 2 tbsp of water and mix well
  • 5.   In a buttered cake pan, spread 3 tbsp of the cocoa batter in the center, the batter will spread in a circle
  • 6.   In the middle of this first circle, delicately place a tbsp of plain batter, then once it has spread, a tbsp of cocoa batter in the center, etc. (watch the video to be sure :)
  • 7.   Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes

  • 300 g of flour
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 150 ml of sunflower oil
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
