Ham and Oregano Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    In a large mixing bowl, pour 25 cl of heavy cream, the jar of tomato puree, and 3 tablespoons of oregano. Season with pepper and mix well.
    Pour a portion of this mixture into a lasagna dish, cover with lasagna sheets. Add the tomato mixture again. Cover with ham. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
    Finish with grated mozzarella on top.
    Bake for 50 minutes. If needed, broil at the end of cooking to brown the top.

  • 250 g of lasagna sheet
  • 3 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 4 slice of ham
  • 1 bag of grated mozzarella
  • pepper (according to taste)
