Melon, banana, and fresh mint sorbet

Instructions

  • 1.   Squeeze the lemon.
    Add the lemon juice to the blender, then 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh mint, 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar, peeled bananas, and peeled melon.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour into a freezer-safe container.
    Take the sorbet out of the freezer 1 hour before serving. Blend it again if you want a fluffy texture and pour into bowls.
    Put it back in the freezer.
