Zucchini and potato puree

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and the zucchini.

    Cut them into pieces and cook them in salted water for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Drain the vegetables and place them in a bowl.
  • 3.   Mash them using a potato masher and add the cheese and butter.
  • 4.   Add salt.
  • 5.   Heat the puree in a saucepan for about ten minutes to obtain a smooth and uniform texture.
  • 6.   Serve the zucchini and potato puree warm!
