Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the slices of smoked salmon into small strips
  • 2.   Mix the cream, mascarpone, and lumpfish eggs in a bowl
  • 3.   Cook the pasta al dente with a drizzle of oil.
  • 4.   Pour the drained pasta into a large bowl.
  • 5.   Add the cream-lumpfish eggs mixture to the pasta. Then add the salmon.
  • 6.   Adjust the seasoning.
  • 7.   Serve immediately.
