Polenta fries

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the polenta: heat 75 cl of water with a vegetable bouillon cube. Add the polenta and cook for the time indicated on the package until the mixture comes away from the pan. Add a drizzle of olive oil, season with pepper, and pour half of the mixture into a rectangular dish. Smooth it out and let it cool. Then cut the polenta into fries.
    In a frying pan, pour oil and grill the polenta fries on each side. Serve with Parma ham and salad.

  • 20 cl of light cream
  • 240 g of polenta
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
