Instructions
1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and once hot, add diced onions.
Season.
2. Deglaze the onions with a glass of white wine.
3. Add successively, after seasoning:
- ground meat;
- red beans;
- roughly chopped tomatoes;
- corn
4. At the end of cooking, add the Reblochon cheese cut into pieces. Do not cook for too long so that there are still chunks of cheese.
