Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour, eggs, water, and salt together with a wooden spoon until you obtain a "runny" batter that is not too thick.
  • 2.   Spread a little bit of batter on the edge of a cutting board, detach small strips of dough with a knife that has been dipped in 4 liters of boiling salted water, and boil them in a large pot. Just enough time for them to float to the surface.
  • 3.   Then rinse them with cold water, drain them, and sauté them in butter.
