Pan-fried potatoes / chickpeas / carrots

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots in half.
  • 2.   Place them in a saucepan, cover with water.

    Add salt and cook for about 30 minutes.
  • 3.   After this half hour, cut them into slices.

    Take a frying pan and heat olive oil in it.
  • 4.   Sauté the potatoes, add the carrots and chickpeas.

    Sauté for five to ten minutes and at the end of cooking, add the tomato.
  • 5.   Season with pepper and spices of your choice!
