Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the crozets in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2.   Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown. Set aside.

    Or in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Cut the reblochon cheese into slices.
  • 4.   In the air fryer basket, alternate a layer of crozets, a layer of bacon, and a layer of reblochon cheese. Repeat until all the ingredients are used.
  • 5.   Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the reblochon cheese is melted and golden brown.
    Or in the oven.
