Sesame-Crusted Salmon & Potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for the time indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix: breadcrumbs with sesame seeds, one tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Place the salmon fillet in an ovenproof dish lined with parchment paper.
  • 4.   Spread the breadcrumb/sesame mixture over the salmon fillet. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C (425°F).
  • 5.   Once golden brown, remove the potatoes and salmon from the oven.
  • 6.   Serve the salmon with the potatoes, tartar sauce, and a green salad seasoned to your liking. It's ready to enjoy!

  • 1 tablespoon of tartar sauce
