Instructions

  • 1.   If needed, thaw the salmon. Melt a knob of butter in a pan over high heat. Add the gnocchi to pan-fry and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat until golden brown.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, remove the skin from the salmon fillets, then cut them into large cubes.
  • 3.   Check the gnocchi's cooking. Once golden brown, set them aside.
  • 4.   In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Add the salmon cubes and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Reduce the heat to medium, then add the grated garlic, heavy cream, grated parmesan, and chopped dill (optional). Re-season to taste and mix well.
  • 6.   Add the pan-fried gnocchi and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • 7.   Serve the creamy salmon gnocchi on a plate. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and a drizzle of lemon juice, if available. Re-season to taste, it's ready!
