1. If needed, thaw the salmon. Melt a knob of butter in a pan over high heat. Add the gnocchi to pan-fry and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes over low heat until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, remove the skin from the salmon fillets, then cut them into large cubes.
3. Check the gnocchi's cooking. Once golden brown, set them aside.
4. In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Add the salmon cubes and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Reduce the heat to medium, then add the grated garlic, heavy cream, grated parmesan, and chopped dill (optional). Re-season to taste and mix well.
6. Add the pan-fried gnocchi and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
7. Serve the creamy salmon gnocchi on a plate. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and a drizzle of lemon juice, if available. Re-season to taste, it's ready!
