Stir-Fried Shrimp Noodles

Crunchy vegetables & tender noodles... a real delight!

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking.
  • 2.   Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet,* then add the green beans. Grate the garlic over them and add the ginger (optional). Mix and let cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

  • 3.   Wash the carrots, then cut them into ribbons using a peeler. Add them to the skillet.
  • 4.   Add the shrimp and soy sauce to the skillet, then mix.
  • 5.   Add the noodles and mix again. Let everything cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve the stir-fried noodles in a shallow bowl or plate. Add fresh cilantro and sesame seeds, if you have them. It's ready!

  • 80 g of frozen green bean
  • 100 g of carrot
  • 2 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 80 g of cooked peeled shrimp
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
