Instructions

  • 1.   Start by breading the chicken breasts or cutlets.
  • 2.   Beat the 2 eggs, dip the chicken in them and then in breadcrumbs.
  • 3.   Cook them in a pan for 10-15 minutes.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, cut the lettuce, season the cottage cheese (salt, pepper).
  • 5.   Once the cutlets are ready, microwave the wraps for 1 minute.
  • 6.   Spread the cottage cheese on the wrap. Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese (according to taste).
  • 7.   Place the breaded chicken, fold it all together, and serve.
