Madeira sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the shallots and sauté them in a little butter.
  • 2.   Prepare the chicken broth with 25 cl of water.
  • 3.   When it boils, thicken it with the cornstarch diluted in a little water.
  • 4.   Add the Madeira wine, fresh cream, and shallots.
  • 5.   Mix well, it's ready.
