Zucchini velouté with kiri cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely slice the onions.
  • 2.   Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes.
  • 3.   Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

    Add the onions and grated garlic. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
  • 4.   Add the zucchini to the saucepan and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring.
  • 5.   Add 125 ml of water per person and the bouillon cube.

    Mix, cover, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.
  • 6.   Once the zucchini is tender, add the kiri cheese. Blend everything together to obtain a creamy velouté.

    If needed, add a little water and blend again.
  • 7.   Serve the zucchini velouté with kiri cheese in a bowl or a shallow plate.

    Season again according to your taste.
