1. Peel and finely slice the onions.
2. Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes.
3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the onions and grated garlic. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
4. Add the zucchini to the saucepan and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring.
5. Add 125 ml of water per person and the bouillon cube.
Mix, cover, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.
6. Once the zucchini is tender, add the kiri cheese. Blend everything together to obtain a creamy velouté.
If needed, add a little water and blend again.
7. Serve the zucchini velouté with kiri cheese in a bowl or a shallow plate.
Season again according to your taste.
