Steamed vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Wash the snow peas. Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them with cold water.
  • 2.   Steam the vegetables separately. Season the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil, fleur de sel, apple cider vinegar, chopped chives, dill, and chervil. The steamed vegetables can be eaten hot or warm.

  • 200 g of green bean
  • 360 g of carrot
  • 800 g of cauliflower
  • 1 drizzle of apple vinegar
  • 200 g of snow pea
  • 5 cl of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of flower of salt
  • 1 sprig of chives
  • 1 sprig of dried dill
  • 1 sprig of fresh chervil
