Lemongrass Chicken (easy)

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the marinade ingredients and add the chicken cut into cubes.
  • 2.   Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally a few hours.
  • 3.   Sauté the chicken and its marinade for 3 minutes over high heat in a wok, add the onions cut into small pieces and the finely chopped chili peppers.
  • 4.   Let cook and brown for a few minutes.
  • 5.   Before serving, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and decorate with mint or basil leaves.
  • 6.   Serve with stir-fried noodles and a mix of Asian vegetables in a wok (frozen or jarred), or with Thai rice.

  • 4 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon of peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 2 small red chili pepper (optional)
  • 1 handful of peanut
