Chinese chicken noodle salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely slice the chicken.
  • 2.   Wash the zucchini and cut it into sticks.
  • 3.   Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  • 4.   Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • 5.   Sauté the bell pepper in a hot wok with oil over high heat. Add the zucchini. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Add the chicken to the wok, stir and sear it over high heat. Incorporate the ginger and then the soy sauce.
  • 7.   Finally, add the drained noodles and mix. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

  • 180 g of Chinese noodle
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
