Broccoli Gratin Toast

These broccoli gratin toasts are quick and easy to prepare and they are absolutely delicious! If you like avocado toast, you must try these.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Place the frozen broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a plate, and microwave on high for about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly, then roughly mash with a fork. Add the chili flakes and garlic.
  • 3.   Lightly toast the bread in the oven or toaster. Place the toast on a baking sheet. Spread the broccoli puree mixture on each slice and sprinkle the grated cheddar evenly on each slice.
  • 4.   Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden, about 5 minutes.

  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 60 g of grated cheddar
  • 2 slice of whole grain bread
