Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the sauce: finely chop the peppers, tomatoes, onions, and garlic cloves.
  • 2.   Simmer with a pinch of chili paste, pepper, and salt for 20-25 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cook the rice and sausages.
  • 4.   A few minutes before serving, caramelize the bananas in butter and prepare fried eggs.
  • 5.   Serve the rice, drizzle with sauce, and arrange sausages, bananas, and eggs on top.
