Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 2.   Slice the leeks and steam them.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, Philadelphia cream cheese, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Add the cooked leeks cut into pieces and the tuna to the mixture.
  • 5.   Place and prick the dough in a buttered and floured pie dish.
  • 6.   Pour the leek/tuna mixture onto the dough.
  • 7.   Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • 8.   Enjoy your leek, tuna, and Philadelphia tart.

  • 75 g of Philadelphia
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 grated semi-mature gouda
