Brie & Zucchini Pasta

Everyone at the table will finish their zucchini if it's covered in cheese!

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, wash and dice the zucchini.
  • 3.   Cut the brie into slices or pieces.
  • 4.   Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the grated garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring. Add the zucchini* and sauté for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside off the heat.

  • 5.   In the same pan, over medium heat, add the heavy cream and brie. Season with salt and pepper, then mix and let it reduce for 3 minutes, until the cheese melts and you have a creamy sauce.
  • 6.   Add the cooked pasta and sautéed zucchini to the pan. Mix everything well.
  • 7.   Serve the creamy pasta on a plate. Add a few basil leaves, if you have them, and season to taste. It's ready!
