1. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking.
2. Meanwhile, wash and dice the zucchini.
3. Cut the brie into slices or pieces.
4. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the grated garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring. Add the zucchini* and sauté for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside off the heat.

5. In the same pan, over medium heat, add the heavy cream and brie. Season with salt and pepper, then mix and let it reduce for 3 minutes, until the cheese melts and you have a creamy sauce.
6. Add the cooked pasta and sautéed zucchini to the pan. Mix everything well.
7. Serve the creamy pasta on a plate. Add a few basil leaves, if you have them, and season to taste. It's ready!
