Mirabelle or Damson Clafoutis

Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add the flour, cream, and melted butter.
  • 2.   Once the mixture is ready, add the fruits. Grease a baking dish, pour in the mixture, and bake in the oven (at 350°F) for about 30 minutes.
