Pork and Plum Stew

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pressure cooker, sauté the thinly sliced onion in a little oil. Coat the pork pieces in flour and brown them in the pressure cooker with the onion; pour white wine over the meat.
  • 2.   In a separate pan, sauté the diced bacon without any fat. Add them to the pressure cooker. Pour 1/2 liter of water to cover the meat and cook the whole potatoes and plums.
  • 3.   Close the pressure cooker and let it simmer for 45 minutes once the valve starts to whistle.
  • 4.   Enjoy your meal!
