Instructions

  • 2.   1. Mix the sour cream with the parmesan, chopped chives, chopped shallots, salt, and pepper.

    1. Divide the mixture into the yogurt pots.


    2. Add a slice of smoked salmon and an egg into each pot, and finish with a teaspoon of sour cream and a few chive sprigs.


    3. Fill the water reservoir of the yogurt maker up to the max level.


    4. Place the yogurt pots on the stand without the lids.


    5. Start program 4 (dairy dessert) for 25 minutes of cooking.


    6. Enjoy hot or cold.
