Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, bring water to a boil with a vegetable stock cube to cook your fresh pasta.
  • 2.   Cut the salmon into large cubes and sauté them in a wok. Once almost cooked, pour in 40 cl of heavy cream. After 3 minutes, add the previously drained cooked pasta and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring everything together. Add 10 cl of semi-thick cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 3 pinch of chopped parsley
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
