Quick Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and put them in a large dish.
  • 2.   Hollow out the peppers and rinse them, as well as the tomatoes. Cut them into small pieces and place them in the dish. Cut the mozzarella and add it to the pasta as well.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper, and add the sauce to the dish with the other ingredients. Mix well and let it cool for 1 hour. Then place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
