Tomato and tuna tartare

Instructions

  • 1.   Blanch, peel, and deseed the tomatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Divide them equally into four plates.
  • 2.   In a bowl, crumble the tuna, then add the cheese, chives, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  • 3.   Prepare the sauce by simply mixing the oil and vinegar with a fork, then drizzle it over the tomatoes.
  • 4.   Divide the mixture into four equal portions (shaped like a ball) and place them on top of the tomatoes.
  • 5.   If possible, prepare the cheese mixture about 1 hour in advance and refrigerate it, it will taste even better.

  • 200 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 150 g of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chives
  • 4 tablespoon of walnut vinegar
  • 2 balsamic vinegar
