Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the chicken pieces, add the bacon, cream, and herbs.
    Prepare a mashed potato with milk and mashed potatoes.
    Place the first mixture in an ovenproof dish, add the mashed potatoes, then the breadcrumbs, and finish by covering with gruyère cheese.
  • 2.   Bake in the oven until golden and bubbly.
    Serve warm with a salad.

  • 1 pinch of Provence herb
  • 1 bag of instant mashed potatoes
  • 500 cl of milk
  • 100 ml of breadcrumbs
  • 1 handful of grated Gruyère cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
