Tagliatelle with gorgonzola and mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta al dente.
  • 2.   In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil over low heat until it becomes translucent.
  • 3.   Add the peeled and finely chopped mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Place the pasta in a large dish.
  • 5.   Add the gorgonzola cut into pieces, the onions, and the mushrooms.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with parsley and adjust the seasoning. Serve immediately.
