Parmentier cod chorizo

The recipe works very well with another fish, especially salmon.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes. Mash them into a puree.
  • 2.   Add milk and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper, then add chopped parsley.
  • 3.   Sauté the shallot in a pan. Cook the fish. Flake it. Add finely chopped chorizo.
  • 4.   Butter a gratin dish and spread the fish evenly.
  • 5.   Cover with the mashed potatoes, add a little butter, then bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

  • 1 egg
  • 500 g of cod
  • 1 shallot
  • 100 g of chorizo
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
