Parmentier cod chorizo

. Cook the potatoes. Mash them into a puree.

. Add milk and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper, then add chopped parsley.

. Sauté the shallot in a pan. Cook the fish. Flake it. Add finely chopped chorizo.

. Butter a gratin dish and spread the fish evenly.

. Cover with the mashed potatoes, add a little butter, then bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
