Crozets gratin

Crozets are small square Savoyard pasta. They are ideal for various gratin preparations.

Vegetarian Gratin
Course: Side dish
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring seasoned water with a bouillon cube to a boil. Add the pasta and let it cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, according to the time indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Drain, pour into an ovenproof dish, drizzle with a dash of heavy cream, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 3.   In the oven, let it gratin for 5-10 minutes at 240°C.

Ingredients for servings

  • 60 g of small square pasta
  • 1 grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 heavy cream
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
