Instructions

  • 1.   * Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) - Gas Mark 7.

    • Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet, then add the finely chopped garlic and onion, and the diced bell pepper and chicken. Add 2 teaspoons of paprika and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.


    • Add the diced tomatoes, mix well, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


    • Meanwhile, dissolve a chicken bouillon cube in 1 liter (4 cups) of boiling water.


    • In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add flour until a paste is formed. Gradually add the broth while stirring. Repeat until a creamy sauce is obtained.


    • Spread 3 tablespoons of sauce in the bottom of a large ovenproof dish.


    • Fill the tortillas with the chicken filling and pieces of mozzarella, then roll them up.


    • Place them gently in the dish with the opening facing down, then cover with sauce and grated cheese.


    • Bake for 25 minutes.

  • 10 g of butter
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 white onion

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
