1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, peel the onions and slice them, then sauté them in a hot pan with a knob of butter for 5 minutes.
3. In the same pan, add the fish next to the onions and cook it for 2 minutes on each side.
4. Add the drained peas to the pan with a knob of butter and let them cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
5. Serve the fish and peas on a plate and place the tartar sauce on the side. Squeeze lemon over the fish if you have any. It's ready!
