Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F) (thermostat 8).
    Place the duck breasts (skin side up) in a baking dish.
  • 2.   Put the duck breasts in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Take out and flip the duck breasts, then cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F) (thermostat 6).
