Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the eggs with a fork, add salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Heat the butter, pour a little into the eggs and mix. Pour the eggs into the pan over high heat, reduce the heat and let cook gently, folding the edges of the omelette towards the center as they set.
  • 3.   Shake the pan a little to prevent the omelette from sticking, check for a runny or firm texture.
  • 4.   Fold the omelette in half and serve.
