Instructions

  • 1.   * Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.

    • Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Mix everything together.


    • Serve hot with fresh coriander leaves.

  • 3.   * Peel and dice the carrots.
  • 4.   * Thoroughly clean and slice the leeks.
  • 5.   * Wash and dice the tomatoes.
  • 6.   * In a wok, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the vegetables (except the tomatoes) with 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of Garam masala, and another teaspoon of soy sauce.

    • Add the vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.


    • Add the tomatoes, shrimp, and coconut cream. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 10 cl of vegetable bouillon cube

  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
