1. Sauce preparation:
Mix together in a large bowl the mayonnaise, ketchup, whiskey, and cayenne pepper.
Whisk lightly until the mixture is well blended. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well again.
Continuing to mix, incorporate the lemon juice.
Chill until ready to use and garnish the sauce just before serving with freshly chopped parsley.
