Zucchini-Carrot Medley

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion and press the garlic.
  • 2.   Using a peeler, peel the carrots and zucchini, then continue to make them into shreds with the peeler until you reach the "cores".
  • 3.   Mix these zucchini and carrot "tagliatelle" with the onions and cook in the microwave for 6 to 7 minutes, covered with a little water at the bottom.
  • 4.   The carrots should be tender and the zucchini not too mushy.
  • 5.   Then sauté this mixture in a oiled pan and add the garlic.
  • 6.   Note: cooking in the microwave saves time.
  • 7.   However, if you have time, it's better to cook all the ingredients together in a covered pan for 30 minutes.
