Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour and beer.
  • 2.   Add the egg yolks,
  • 3.   then the egg whites beaten until stiff peaks form,
  • 4.   gently folding them into the mixture to avoid deflating it.
    The fish and chips batter is ready.
  • 5.   Dip the fish fillets generously
  • 6.   and fry at 160°C or 180°C for 3 or 4 minutes.
  • 7.   Carefully drain when golden brown.
  • 8.   Serve with fries.
