Chicken and Zucchini with Turmeric

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin strips. Grill them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then drain them on paper towels.
    Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and brown them in the remaining olive oil. Add the honey and turmeric, let it caramelize for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 2.   Let it cool.
    Thread the skewers, alternating between chicken and zucchini.
    When ready to serve, heat them under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes.
