Instructions

  • 1.   Start this salmon-zucchini skewers recipe by preparing the yogurt sauce. Wash, remove the leaves, and chop the dill. Put it in a bowl with the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the yogurt. Mix well and refrigerate.
  • 2.   Rinse and pat dry the fish. Cut it into large cubes. Wash, cut off the ends of the zucchini, and slice them. Cut the bread into slices, then cut each slice in half.
  • 3.   Prepare the skewers by threading the salmon, zucchini, and bread onto wooden skewers. Drizzle with olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Preheat a barbecue or griddle. Place the skewers on it and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning them several times. Serve immediately with the dill sauce.
