1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt
2. Mix warm milk and yeast and let it rest for a few minutes.
3. Pour the milk over the flour and mix with a spoon.
Add vegetable oil.
Mix and knead for 5 to 10 minutes, vigorously folding the dough onto itself.
4. The dough should be soft without sticking. Let it rise for 1 hour ideally at 25°C in a bowl covered with a cloth.
5. Knead for 1 minute and add the chocolate chips.
6. Shape as desired, for a classic brioche, form medium-sized balls and place them side by side in a round cake pan or loaf pan.
7. Let it rest for 2 hours in the turned-off oven with the door closed.
8. Brush with milk and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
9. Store in a cloth and consume quickly.
