1. Peel and slice the onions into thin strips. (Set aside a few strips for later).
2. Wash and slice the bell peppers into strips.
3. Slice the steak into strips.
4. In a hot pan, add: a drizzle of olive oil, the onions, bell peppers, cumin, turmeric, and paprika. Mix and sauté for 5 minutes.
5. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, then mix well. Let it cook for another 8 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
7. Prepare the guacamole. In a bowl, add: the avocado, lime juice, and minced cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, then mash everything with a fork.
8. Check the doneness of the meat, then stop cooking.
9. Wash the lettuce, cut off the base, and separate the leaves.
10. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Fill them with the beef/pepper mixture, guacamole, cherry tomato quarters, sour cream, and grated cheddar. Add a few onion strips and cilantro if you have any. It's ready!
